A clear, careful, step-by-step approach
We start with a quick consultation to understand what’s moving, access points, stairs, and parking. Photos or a virtual walkthrough help us confirm dimensions and any special requirements. We provide guidance on how to prepare, including clearing paths and securing personal items.
On arrival, we install floor protection, pad-wrap furniture, and secure drawers and doors. We choose the right equipment—lifting straps, shoulder systems, sliders, 4-wheel dollies, appliance dollies, and stair climbers—then rig and move each piece with controlled communication. In the truck, items are stacked and tied off with e-track and heavy-duty ratchet straps for safe transit.
At delivery, we place items exactly where you want them, reassemble components, level and stabilize as needed, and add felt pads to protect floors. We conduct a final walkthrough to verify everything is correct. Our team is trained, insured, and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
