Positions We’re Hiring For
We have openings for several roles:
- Movers – The backbone of every job. You’ll be loading, unloading, wrapping, and safely transporting furniture and household items.
- Drivers/ Movers – If you have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, we need you behind the wheel.
- Crew Leads – Experienced movers who can manage a team on-site, communicate with customers, and ensure every job runs smoothly.
We offer full-time, part-time, and on-call availability — so there’s flexibility to fit your schedule.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience to apply, but you do need the right attitude and work ethic. Here’s what makes a great mover on our team:
💪 Physical Fitness
Moving is demanding work — there’s no way around it. You should be able to:
- Lift 75+ lbs with a teammate and 50 lbs repeatedly on your own
- Work safely on stairs and in tight spaces
- Stay on your feet and active throughout a full shift
🤝 Professionalism & Customer Service
We work inside people’s homes every day. That means:
- Being respectful, courteous, and trustworthy at all times
- Communicating clearly with customers and teammates
- Being comfortable working on camera (many homes have security cameras)
⏰ Reliability
Showing up on time and ready to work is non-negotiable. Our customers count on us, and we count on you. You need:
- Dependable transportation to get to job sites
- A consistent schedule and commitment to your shifts
- A strong track record of following through on responsibilities
🛠️ Willingness to Learn
Experience with the following is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person:
- Packing and unpacking
- Furniture wrapping with pads, blankets, and shrink wrap
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently
- Disassembly and reassembly of furniture (beds, desks, shelving, etc.)
- Using dollies, straps, and ramps
- Basic tool use for handyman tasks
✅ Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening (if required)
